Our philosophy is one of responsibility. It is to remove barriers, to shorten hurdles, and to help others find their way to places they have only imagined.

This applies to so many individuals we come into contact with daily. It pertains to locals of far away countries who possess an incredible knowledge of their area, customs, and culture but who have had difficulty opening the doors that would allow them to share that world with you. It pertains to the novice traveler who yearns for the experiences that come with a full passport but also to the avid, life-long traveler who simply has not been to that far corner they have envisioned for so many years.

Our responsibility is to provide the bridge between dreams and reality. People with the desire for travel often times feel held back from their pursuit. We have noticed that far too many times the reasons that were employed for not going were not money, or time, or commitment, but rather the simple fact that the journey and the location were daunting. The wealth of inquiries that arise in exploring the possibility of the journey has shown us that there are but a few questions, a few hurdles that hold many back from their desires. North Star Journeys can remove those hurdles.

We wish to enable travelers to venture with a sense of security and calm. If there has been one lesson regarding travel that has been the most important for us, it has been that the attitude is the journey. Preparing you to see, feel, and understand a country without being overwhelmed by the wave of experiences is a cornerstone within our philosophy. We wish to allow you to travel as an ambassador, not just for your home nation, but for humanity. The role of ambassador is a critical one in regards to foreign travel. We forge paths together. We build relationships that others behind us will experience long after we have left. It is imperative that as representatives of the western world, of humanity, we leave a path of kindness, a wake of respect for the planet, our host country and its residents.
