Guiding Star Program

In our Mission Statement we set out to create not only well-paying jobs for hardworking people but the opportunity for these people to improve their lives and the lives of their families through healthcare and education . To this end, we have created the Guiding Star Incentive Program. You will be pleased to know that NSJ donates 5% of the proceeds from each tour directly back to a fund set up for that vendor company. Every six months NSJ meets with the vendor company to review funds, progress and upcoming direction for the program that will benefit vendor company employees, their families and communities.
