Our mission at NSJ is simple. It is to create, utilize and guide.

• To create well paying, educational jobs for good, motivated individuals who are interested in sharing their country and culture while growing within their lives and improving the standard of living and education for their families.
• To utilize the skills we have developed throughout our lives in regards to world travel, human interaction, creative problem solving, work ethics, and business practices.
• To guide those who would be held back by the daunting nature of some locations so that they may become world travelers.
