Registration FAQ's

  1. Can I register for more than one person?

    Yes. If you would like to register additional people, forms can be downloaded from the web page. We will need signatures from each individual participant, however. A space will not be held if we do not have necessary signatures on file.

  2. What about the deposit?

    The deposit must accompany the registration forms. Remember that the deposit is non-refundable 14 calendar days after our receipt of your registration.

  3. When is the balance of the land cost due?

    Upon receipt of your deposit and registration forms, you will be put on the manifest for the trip you have selected. We will then send you a balance due sheet which must be paid 30 days prior to the departure date. Of course you are welcome to pay the balance any time prior to that.

  4. How does the traveler's insurance work?

    NSJ requires that all its traveler's have insurance. We have included an insurance package with Travelex Travelers Insurance as part of your trip. If you have your own insurance or are going to take care of it yourself, please check the box on the registration form stating that you are electing not to accept the coverage provided and then send us proof of your insurance for our records. Again, we cannot hold a space on any trip for you until you send us your registration forms AND deposit. For more information on Travelex, click here.

    Should you need to cancel your trip, cancellation
    fees would be assessed on the following schedule:
     
    Land Cancellation Fees

    61 - up Forfeiture of deposit
    46 - 60 25% of land cost including deposit
    31 - 45 40% of land cost including deposit
    0 – 30 75% of land cost including deposit

  7. Is there a minimum number of people for a trip?

    Yes. The minimum number for a trip is 4 people. If a trip has not met the minimum of four people required 45 days prior to the designated trip departure date, NSJ reserves the right to cancel the trip. Please see the Terms & Agreements in the registration packet found in the How to register section.
